role honed my skills in crisis management, logistics coordination, and stakeholder communication.
As a Community Social Mobilizer for the BRSP NSER Project in Jaffarabad, I worked diligently to engage local
communities, facilitate social mobilization activities, and support project implementation. My role involved
conducting community assessments, organizing outreach programs, and ensuring community participation in
project initiatives. This experience strengthened my abilities in community engagement, project coordination, and
stakeholder relations.
In my position as a Field Officer with the Baluchistan Rural Support Program (BRSP), I managed field operations,
monitored project progress, and addressed any challenges that arose. This role required meticulous attention to
detail, effective problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. I developed a
comprehensive understanding of rural development issues and program management.
During my tenure as a Social Mobilizer in the SEED project with BRSP, I focused on fostering community

advocacy.
As a Logistic Officer for BRSP at Jaffarabad, I managed logistics and supply chain operations for various projects.

manage logistical challenges in dynamic environments.
In my role as a District Program Officer with BRSP in Dera Bugti, I was responsible for overseeing program
activities, managing project budgets, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. My role required
strategic planning, budget management, and coordination with various stakeholders to achieve project goals.
My experience as a QC Lab Analysis and Production In-Charge at Quice Food Industries Limited involved
overseeing quality control processes, managing production activities, and ensuring adherence to industry
standards. This role developed my expertise in quality assurance, process management, and team leadership.
For five years, I served as a Teacher at Millat Islamia School in Usta Mohammad, where I was responsible for
curriculum delivery, student assessment, and classroom management. This role provided me with valuable
experience in education, student engagement, and instructional planning.
Additionally, my six-month tenure as an M&E Officer volunteer with Tameer Khalq Foundation involved monitoring
and evaluating project performance, collecting data, and providing insights for program improvement. This
experience enhanced my skills in data analysis, project evaluation, and reporting.
I hold a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Balochistan, which provided me with a strong academic
